1. Returns & Refunds
Due to the limited edition and made-to-order nature of our products, All items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless the item arrives defective or damaged.
Please ensure all order details, sizing, and shipping information are correct before completing your purchase.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
If you believe you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order.
To submit a claim, please provide:
Your order number
Clear photos of the product and issue
A brief description of the defect
Items must be:
Unworn
Unwashed
In original condition and packaging
Once reviewed and verified, we may offer:
A replacement item at no additional cost, or
A store credit or refund in exceptional circumstances only
Please note: Minor variations in colour, print placement, fabric texture, or garment sizing within standard industry tolerances are not considered defects.
3. Order Cancellations
Before Production
Orders may be cancelled before production begins. A full or partial refund may be granted at our discretion depending on the stage of processing.
After Production Has Started
Once production or printing has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or modified.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on our limited edition and made-to-order products.
5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

As many of our products are limited edition, made-to-order, or printed in small batches, processing times may vary during launches, pre-orders, or high-volume periods.
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email once their order has been dispatched.
2. Pre-Orders
Items purchased as part of a pre-order campaign will be shipped according to the estimated launch or dispatch date stated on the product page.
Please note:Pre-order timelines are estimates and may occasionally shift due to production or logistics delays. We will communicate any significant updates where possible.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may be shipped together once all items are available.
3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the UAE and selected international destinations.
Shipping availability and delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.
For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by their country.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times:
UAE: 1–5 business days after dispatch
GCC: 3–10 business days after dispatch
International: 5–21 business days after dispatch

Delays caused by customs, courier services, weather, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances are outside of our control.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size.
Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
7. Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once an order has been dispatched, shipping and delivery are handled by third-party courier providers.
If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist in resolving the issue with the courier.
However, we are not liable for delays or losses caused by third-party shipping providers.
