Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.
As many of our products are limited edition, produced in small batches, or part of exclusive drops, processing times may vary during launches, pre-orders, or high-volume periods.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.
2. Pre-Orders
Products purchased as part of a pre-order release will be shipped according to the estimated dispatch timeline stated on the relevant product page.

3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across the UAE. Shipping availability, delivery times, and courier services may vary depending on location.
For international orders, additional shipping charges will apply subject to destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees applied by their destination country.
4. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Delays caused by customs, courier providers, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control may occur.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order size.
Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details entered at checkout are accurate and complete.
We Are Local is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
7. Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is managed by third-party courier providers.
If your parcel appears significantly delayed or lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist in resolving the issue with the courier provider.
However, We Are Local is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party shipping services.
